About the Performance (Please read before purchasing)
Please make sure that you and your companions read and agree to all of the following items before applying for tickets.

- Please note that video and photos taken inside the venue, including the audience seating, may be published.
- We cannot accept gifts, letters, or flowers on the day of the event.
- Identity verification may be conducted on the day of the performance, so please bring a photo ID.
- Please refrain from using any seat other than the one you purchased, and from any other behavior that may disturb other guests.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- In the event of severe weather, the performance may be canceled or its content may be changed.

- Please absolutely refrain from waiting for the artists to arrive at or leave the venue, as it causes trouble not only for the performers but also for the venue, surrounding facilities, and local residents.
- Please refrain from fan-organized projects inside the venue or during the performance, as they may interfere with the operation and staging of the show.
- After the show, we may direct guests to leave in groups to ease congestion. Please note that exiting may take some time.
- If you do not follow the staff's instructions, you may be asked to leave for security reasons. In that case, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests arriving in a wheelchair on the day will be guided to a designated wheelchair viewing space.
　In order to secure this space, please contact the performance inquiry desk at least one week before the show once you have purchased your ticket.
　Only guests who require assistance may be accompanied by up to one companion, and the companion must also have a ticket.
　We may ask to see a disability certificate or other proof for verification.

About Tickets (Please read before purchasing)
Please make sure that you and your companions read and agree to all of the following items before applying for tickets.

- Up to 4 tickets may be applied for per person. (Applications for multiple performances are allowed)
- There is no age restriction for entry. One preschool child per guardian may watch on the guardian's lap.
* A ticket is required if a preschool child needs their own seat.
* Tickets are required for elementary school students and older.
- Tickets cannot be refunded for any reason other than cancellation or postponement of the performance.
- If you purchase 2 or more tickets, you may either distribute the tickets to your companions or enter the venue together.
　* If your companion does not have a smartphone, they may enter only at the same time as the purchaser.
　Please arrive together and present the tickets for everyone in your group at the entrance.
- Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- All seats are assigned by lottery. We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seating.
- We cannot accept any refunds, complaints, or seat changes.
- Doors-open and start times, as well as the content of the performance, are subject to change at short notice.
- Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.
- Please note that you will not be able to enter if you do not have a ticket on the day of the performance.
- For this performance, an artist may unavoidably have to withdraw from the lineup depending on their health condition.
